GregLaw, LLC

Michael Gregory

I conceived GregLaw, LLC as a “boutique” law firm, catering to select small and mid-size business clients, advising and representing them on the spectrum of management and operations legal matters.  After spending 18 years as in-house general counsel for R.M.D. Corp., which developed and managed restaurants and bars in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee, I have a particular affinity for, and a strong knowledge and experience base in, the restaurant and hospitality industry.

We are also a resource for business legal needs; if we do not provide advice in a particular area, we can connect you with legal and other professionals we know and trust to provide the advice you need.

At GregLaw, "we" means myself and Greg Mayes, Sr., who is of counsel with the firm. Greg and I each have 30+ years of experience providing legal and practical advice to clients including:

  • Business entity development and governance Including selection and creation of appropriate entity forms, maintenance of entity governance formalities, optimal structuring of commercial enterprises.
